About

Hannah Mullan is an Irish creative producer and arts consultant working across Ireland and Northern Ireland. With over 20 years' experience in the cultural sector, her practice sits at the intersection of creative development, strategic planning and funding insight.

Hannah Mullan

Hannah works with artists and cultural organisations to develop ambitious, viable and audience-connected work. Alongside her producing practice, she provides consultancy in areas including funding strategy, programme development, partnership building and cultural policy navigation.

Her experience spans live, digital and hybrid work, and she has supported projects from early development through to touring and long-term sustainability.

Hannah has worked in advisory and assessment capacities with national arts funding bodies, including the Arts Council of Ireland, and previously held the role of Arts Development Officer with the Arts Council of Northern Ireland. This experience brings a deep understanding of public funding structures, cultural policy frameworks and strategic sector development.

Her approach combines creative rigour with strategic clarity — supporting work that is artistically strong, structurally sound and contextually aware.

Hannah operates under clear conflict-of-interest protocols in relation to her advisory work within the sector and may be unable to work directly with certain Arts Council of Ireland funded clients. Please get in touch to discuss scope.
